It has a large capacity and can hold 90 ml of alcohol. It also comes with a sealed lid for easy carrying (it is best to burn 60ml of alcohol)

The Simmering Ring gives you flame control by dropping it over the top of the burner, so you can boil water or simmer your laksa, and it packs away neatly inside the cooker assembly.
It is suitable for Trangia 25 or 27 cooking system. And can greatly accelerate the operation speed of the entire system.

Quite fast to bloom and boil water for tea in a variety of pot holding devices but have yet to experiment with it in my big brand name cook set in comparison to the supplied burner as a matter of technical interest.

United StatesImpressive flames once it heats up. Seems to boil water at a faster rate than a standard alcohol fueled siphon stove. Works well with my existing Trangia/Esbit set ups. Price +shipping were a bit steep, but I’ve bout a second since it worked so well.
