Simmer Ring & Sealing Cap & Sturdy Stand
There are two different versions of the Era burner available. Their colours are significantly different. (Dark Grey or Light Grey) It is important to note that each version requires specific AZ-1 accessories. The use of an incorrect accessory may result in improper sealing of the lid. To ensure you receive the appropriate accessory, kindly select the colour of your burner from the provided options.
The height of the simmer ring determines the power of the burner.
When using a fire extinguishing cap, make sure the simmer ring is in the lowest position.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. As a general rule. I love your products. Having bought the 205 and 206 prior to this, with the bonfire kit as well. That said, the AZ-1 is an interesting module. While I do understand the intent of the design, for me, the product is not easy to use. The module is bulky and hard to stow. the simmer cap is difficult to rotate and adjust due to the pivot on the cap body. Again, I love your products and will continue to support. Just posting review in hopes that you create better modules for the Era burner! Thank you!

The AZ-1 module turns the Era burner into a truly versitle piece of kit. The simmer ring gives the Era burner 3 lower heat settings that you can cook everything on form rice, to wok, to a cauldron of chilli. Pairs nicely with a wider base diameter pots of 11+cm (stand closed up) and bigger camp pots / kettles that have a base diameter above 18+cm are stable when the stand is fully spread open. Realy nice to have a simple snuff cap to extinguish the burner included too. A must have addtion to cook on an Era burner!

The ERA Burner is great, but too hot for my titanium rice cooker. With the AZ-1 module I can do more than boil water. I can cook. The snuff lid fills a needed purpose and improves the utility of the system. The pot stand is spot on. All we need is a hard case to hold the whole system with the burner. What a deal! Thank you Goshawk people! I am a happy alcohol stove addict!
